Summit and AMTI install Optima-HPS force plates at The Open University
AMTI
Today the Summit Medical and Scientific team were onsite with AMTI at The Open University installing a set of Optima High Performance Series force plates. Many thanks to the AMTI team for their support!
About the AMTI Optima High Performance System
AMTI’s Optima High Performance System (HPS) force plates are a ground breaking development in force plate technology. With output measurements up to 10 times more accurate than any other force platform on the market, the Optima series provides levels of accuracy never-before seen:
- Average COP accuracy of just a fraction of a millimeter (typically less than 0.2 mm)
- Crosstalk values typically ±0.05% of applied load
- Measurement accuracy typically ±0.1% of applied load
AMTI‘s best-in-industry patented calibration process guarantees customers the highest level of accuracy.
All of AMTI’s standard force platforms, from the 400x600mm to the 900x900mm, are now part of the Optima family and undergo AMTI’s patented Optima calibration process. This produces force plates that are more accurate and more repeatable from edge to edge than ever before.
