A patient at Centro Europeo de Neurociencias (CEN) showcased her remarkable recovery after suffering a spinal cord injury.

In the Motek Video Contest 2022, Clinical Director and CEN Founder José López Sánchez shared the progress of their patient Edurne which was awarded second place.

“Life is made of small moments…”

Edurne suffered a spinal cord injury and underwent intensive physical rehabilitation using the state-of-the-art facilities at the European Centre of Neurosciences.

Using the RYSEN body weight support system as part of her therapy plan, Edurne made fantastic progress and achieved life-changing goals like being able to walk holding her young daughter again.

Congratulations to the CEN team and thank you for sharing this wonderful video.
