The Summit Medical and Scientific team are delighted to be returning to the 20th Staffordshire Conference on Clinical Biomechanics from 21st – 23rd April. Register here to attend in person or online.

Hosted at Staffordshire University’s Stoke-On-Trent campus, the overall conference will focus on musculoskeletal biomechanics and assistive technology, with sessions covering footwear biomechanics, clinical outcomes based on biomechanics, mobility assistive technology, rehabilitation, congenital musculoskeletal conditions, and more.

As UK distributor for some of the world’s leading clinical biomechanics technologies, we are pleased to be representing our partners XSENSOR, AMTI, Cometa, Motek, Treadmetrix and AccuPower Solutions at #SCCB2022.

Our friends at Vicon have invited Summit Medical and Scientific to participate in their workshop, held on Thursday 21st of April from 11am, where we will be speaking at 13:25 – 13:35 about  AMTI force plates and how you can integrate them with Vicon’s motion capture technology.

Read on to find out more about our partners, and to find out more about the latest technology for research and clinical applications, please contact Summit Medical and Scientific today on 01372 459863 or info@summitmedsci.co.uk.

About XSENSOR

XSENSOR are the leader in intelligent dynamic sensing, developing the highest-quality pressure measurement technology.

The X4 Foot & Gait System offers high-speed recording in compact and discreet on-shoe wireless electronics, which are paired with durable high-resolution sensors for accurate plantar pressure and gait analysis.

Ultra thin at <2mm, sensors conform to the footbed of the shoe and are virtually undetectable to the wearer.
