Tekscan ErGO-Scan
A practical system for interface pressure mapping in clinical seating
The ErGO-Scan is a pressure mapping system designed to support wheelchair seating assessments and clinical decision-making.
Built on Tekscan’s clinically trusted technology and developed in collaboration with a leading seating manufacturer, it delivers objective data in a simplified, workflow-friendly system.

Make data-supported clinical decisions
Compare seating configurations. Objectively compare cushions to optimise pressure distribution.
Identify high-pressure areas. Visualise pressure at bony prominences to identify areas at risk.
Capture repeatable data. Collect consistent data aligned with clinical ICM best practices.
Track changes over time. Evaluate therapy and positioning interventions.

Components
- The ErGO-Scan 7300 sensor is encased in a conformable and durable Dartex cover that offers a high-degree of protection for repeated use.
- The sensor connects over Wi-Fi or wired to lightweight electronics (TekDAQ 200) positioned on the outside of the chair.
- With an intuitive user interface and minimal configuration needs, the ErGO-Scan software enables clinicians to quickly begin their assessments.
