Introducing the FLOAT 3D Body Weight Support System by Reha Stim

We are delighted to introduce to the UK the FLOAT by our partner Reha Stim.

The FLOAT is a robotic 3D body weight support system that allows for unrestrictive, multi-directional movement.

The FLOAT is a Class I medical device and is registered with the MHRA in the UK.

A safe and efficient environment

The FLOAT provides a safe environment for patients to relearn essential self-care and daily living tasks. This empowers therapists to safely simulate real-world activities for both paediatric and adult patients.

An intuitive setup and streamlined workflow enable one therapist to safely manage a session that would traditionally require two or more therapists. Options such as touch displays on walls and a remote allowing the therapist to focus on the patient and not on handling the system.

4 Independent Cables: Four independent cables ensure a new level of stability and safety, allowing for highly accurate control over every movement.

Robotic 3D Body Weight Support: The robotic system smoothly tracks the patient’s every move, enabling versatile, multi-directional training with true freedom of movement.

Advanced Fall Protection: By constantly monitoring vertical movement, the advanced fall protection system proactively prevents falls, giving both patients and therapists greater confidence.

Interactive Virtual Reality

Real-Time Feedback:  Provides immediate visual and auditory cues on performance to reinforce correct movements and accelerate motor learning.

Progressive Difficulty Levels: Therapists can select from multiple difficulty levels within each exercise, allowing them to tailor the challenge and ensure patients are always training at the optimal intensity for their current ability.

6 Goal-Oriented Exercises: Features a suite of engaging, task-specific exercises designed to accelerate motor learning and functional recovery.
