“I do get a few clients who have had surgical repairs, and one in particular who had one a couple of years ago and hadn’t got full strength or back to full sporting activity. We have been using the ddrobotec® in sessions to build strength and control. She’s seen significant improvements in all of her test scores, and I believe that it’s not only helped strengthen her knee but also build confidence that she can move side to side, twist and turn whilst playing sport and not cause damage or pain in her knee.

There are some current ACL programmes on ddrobotec® too, which we have found really useful.

The first one ‘ACL Recovery Phase 1’ is all about building strength eccentrically and lots of time under tension to really get those muscles firing.

The second one is ‘ACL Recovery Phase 2’ and this still has the strength building time under tension protocols but then it also goes a step further and adds in a plyometric element, which then can test the knee further in a safe controlled manner.

We have found these two programs really useful, we built up the strength in the client’s knee to begin using phase 1 and then did the testing again, found significant improvements in her strength, power and stability so we then started phase 2 and progressed the training seeing further improvements.”

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

To participate in the prize draw, attendees must visit the Summit Medical and Scientific Stand located at G50 at the Elevate Conference (https://www.elevatearena.com/) between 09:30 and 12:00 on Thursday 18th June 2026, and complete the Ski Easy Level 1 on the ddrobotec.

Elevate Conference, its organiser Quartz Sequoia Events, its owner Quartz Group, or any other such entity are not in any way affiliated with this prize draw.

The winner is chosen at random from all valid entries returned by participants.

Participants will complete a valid entry by completing Ski Easy Level 1. The participant will also be asked to complete a form providing their full name, email address, and company name. This will include an opt-in to receive marketing communications from Summit Medical and Scientific. Each form will be stored securely by Summit Medical and Scientific staff.

A completed form and Ski Easy Level 1 entitle the participant to an entry into the prize draw.

Participants may enter the prize draw once. The prize draw is free to enter. Entrants must be 18 or older. Entrants may not enter on behalf of another person, group company or syndicate. Entrants must use their legal name.

One winner will then be “drawn from a hat” at random. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date of the event. Prize winners will be notified that they have won within 28 days of the date on which the relevant draw has taken place. If we are unable to contact a winner to award a prize within 28 days of the draw, then the winner forfeits their tight to the prize and we reserve the right to pick another winner at random from the remaining entries.

The winner will receive their voucher via email. The prize will be one £20 Amazon electronic gift voucher.

Under the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) requirements, Summit Medical and Scientific must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the winner’s first name and the first letter of the winner’s surname will be shared on our social media to evidence that the prize draw has taken place– “Congratulations [first name A.]!” If a prize winner objects to their name being published or made available, they should notify us of this when responding to the notification email to claim their prize. In such circumstances we must still provide the information to the ASA, if requested.

Where an entrant has indicated their consent to receiving communications from Summit Medical and Scientific about our offers, products, special offers, promotions and services, as part of entering this prize draw:

1. your email address will be added to our secure electronic CRM accordingly;

2. any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 and associated laws;
