Customer Support

We aim to support our customers through the whole process of buying and installation a force platform system and beyond, depending on the customer’s needs.

This can range from:

  • Advice on the most appropriate platform for your application and environment.
  • Provision of the most up to date information you need to make a decision.
  • Advice on custom builds tailor-made for your application.
  • Liaison with relevant people including research or clinical personnel, technicians, architects, contractors, etc as necessary.
  • Conducting site visits as required.
  • Advice on installation and, when needed, we can provide an installation service.
  • After sales customer support: you can contact us after purchasing your system from us.  We will continue to provide technical support and advice on an ongoing basis by phone or email in the first instance, and by site visit if required.

  • We can arrange for re-calibration of sensors and force platforms at AMTI, including shipping to and from the USA.

  • Validation kits are available.
